Question 1

What does Ontrek LogistiX do?

Accepted Answer

It replaces paper manifests with a digital record for every load. The manifest is created and signed at pickup, confirmed stop by stop, received and weighed at the facility, and linked to its lab sample. Dashboards and exports come from the same records.

Question 2

Who uses it?

Accepted Answer

The receiving facility and its operators, the generators that ship loads, the haulers that carry them, and their drivers. Each company sees only its own part of the operation.

Question 3

What kinds of loads does it handle?

Accepted Answer

It was built for liquid waste acceptance at wastewater treatment facilities, where every load needs a manifest, a weight ticket and a lab sample. It handles single pickups and multi-stop routes. If your loads move by truck with paperwork attached, talk to us.

Question 4

What happens if the system is down?

Accepted Answer

Receiving keeps going. Operators print a blank manifest and work on paper, and our team enters those records once the system is back, so nothing is lost.

Question 5

Does it connect to our existing systems?

Accepted Answer

Yes, without replacing them. A REST API syncs customers, sources, haulers and trucks, your gate system can look up a truck’s open manifest by license plate, and every data section exports to Excel.

Question 6

Is there anything to install?

Accepted Answer

Not for most people. Ontrek LogistiX runs in the web browser. The receiving station uses a small desktop app to scan manifests and weight tickets.

Question 7

How is it priced?

Accepted Answer

It depends on your operation. Tell us about it and we will walk you through Ontrek LogistiX on a setup like yours.
