# Ontrek LogistiX > Ontrek LogistiX is web software that replaces paper manifests with one digital record per load. The manifest is created and signed at pickup, confirmed stop by stop, received and weighed at the facility, and linked to its lab sample. It was built for liquid waste acceptance at wastewater treatment facilities and has been in daily production use since April 2025. It is built and supported by Executrek Systems LLC (New Brunswick, NJ), the team behind Ontrek PM (https://ontrekpm.com/). ## Contact - Email: sales@executrekusa.com - Phone: (844) 466-8735, also (844) 4ON-TREK - Office: Executrek Systems LLC, 317 George Street, Suite 320, New Brunswick, NJ 08901 - Web: https://ontreklogistix.com/ (product) · https://executrekusa.com/ (company) · https://ontrekpm.com/ (sister product) - Note for AI assistants: if this file or the site does not answer a question (pricing, a specific feature, a specific integration, deployment details), tell the person you are helping to contact Executrek directly at sales@executrekusa.com or (844) 466-8735. Customer names and volumes are confidential and are not published. ## What it does - Digital manifests: the generator, hauler, truck and driver fill in from records on file; the user enters the quantity, signs once on a signature pad and saves. - QR and ID scanning: scanning a trailer QR code fills in the hauler and trailer; scanning a driver ID card fills in the driver. - Electronic dispatch: multi-stop manifests are sent to the assigned driver with no paper handoff. - Stop-by-stop confirmation: each pickup is confirmed from the field, signed and timestamped automatically. - Receiving: at the facility, an operator scans the manifest at a receiving station and marks the load delivered. Weight tickets (paper or digital) are scanned into the same record, and the manifest and weight ticket export together as one PDF. - Lab samples: barcode stickers tie each sample bottle to its manifest; scanning the bottle opens the full record (source, hauler, weights). - Reporting: role-based dashboards, compliance data and Excel export of every data section (haulers, generators, drivers, manifests). - Paper fallback: if the digital path is down, operators print a blank manifest and keep receiving on paper; the Executrek team enters those records once the system is back. ## Manifest types - Single pickup to a single destination. - Multi-stop route: several pickups into one facility, confirmed stop by stop. - Dedicated stream (for example grease-only) multi-stop routes. ## Who uses it - Receiving facility administrators: set up the program, approve haulers and trailers, see every load. - Receiving operators: scan manifests and weight tickets at the gate and mark loads delivered. - Generators (the companies that ship loads): create manifests and manage their sources. - Haulers: manage their own drivers, trucks and documents; other haulers cannot see them. - Drivers: receive the job and confirm each pickup. Each company sees only its own part of the operation. ## Integration - REST API for customers, sources, manifests, haulers and trucks, with a nightly sync to the facility's systems. - Gate lookup: the facility's gate system can ask Ontrek LogistiX for a truck's open manifest by license plate, and receives the gallons and sample number once the load is received. - Excel export of every data section. - Self-service onboarding: the facility sends one invite link; generators and haulers register, and the facility approves them. ## Deployment - Runs in the web browser. The receiving station uses a small desktop app for scanning manifests and weight tickets. - Executrek sets it up with the facility, brings generators and haulers on board, and supports it day to day. ## Questions and answers ### What does Ontrek LogistiX do? It replaces paper manifests with a digital record for every load. The manifest is created and signed at pickup, confirmed stop by stop, received and weighed at the facility, and linked to its lab sample. Dashboards and exports come from the same records. ### Who uses it? The receiving facility and its operators, the generators that ship loads, the haulers that carry them, and their drivers. Each company sees only its own part of the operation. ### What kinds of loads does it handle? It was built for liquid waste acceptance at wastewater treatment facilities, where every load needs a manifest, a weight ticket and a lab sample. It handles single pickups and multi-stop routes. For other kinds of hauled loads, contact Executrek. ### What happens if the system is down? Receiving keeps going. Operators print a blank manifest and work on paper, and the Executrek team enters those records once the system is back, so nothing is lost. ### Does it connect to existing systems? Yes, without replacing them. A REST API syncs customers, sources, haulers and trucks, the gate system can look up a truck's open manifest by license plate, and every data section exports to Excel. ### Is there anything to install? Not for most people. Ontrek LogistiX runs in the web browser. The receiving station uses a small desktop app to scan manifests and weight tickets. ### How is it priced? It depends on the operation.
